First off. This is absolutely awesome, what you guys are doing here! I just would need a “send to all” option/button to send to everyone in your contacts list quickly. Also, is there anyway to keep logs of the chats? Finally any way to get a timestamp to appear for when you change your status?
Thanks guys. Other than that it is EXTREMELY easy to use and works well.
Thank you Aaron for trying out Squiggle.
Send to all sounds like a good idea, I’ll get it done in next release i.e. 2.1
Chat Log is a planned feature for the next release.
Can you elaborate more on your timestamp on status change idea?
Hey Guys,
I think that Squiggle is an awesome LAN chat Tool. Very easy to use and install. I am having several issues though. I have installed Squiggle on 3 computers that are all on the same LAN, but only two of them are working properly. The 3rd computer is not showing the other two users on the LAN. I dont know if this has anything to do with Administrative privileges, or what. I noticed that the two machines where Squiggle is working–that the users have Admin rights. The 3rd computer user is a “Power User”. So I changed his rights, and made him an Administrator as well–yet Squiggle is still not seeing the other two users. Pleaseeee hellpppppp…,..:-)
